For optimal maintenance of your full set, we advise scheduling full-ins every 2-3 weeks. To prevent any lash extensions from becoming unruly, we recommend addressing a 20-30% fallout for a 2-week fill and 40-50% for a 3-week fill. If you have a special event coming up or simply need a quick touch-up, we also offer one-week fills. Please note that for one-week fills, you must have received a recent fill or set within the last 7 days. Anything over 3 weeks or 50% fallout will require a new full set.

Our professional removal cream ensures a safe and effective removal process without damaging your natural lashes. Attempting to pull off lash extensions yourself can result in harm and potential permanent scarring to your lash growth. For those getting a new set, lash extension removal is complimentary, but do keep in mind that it will add some time to your appointment. Time also varies person to person
