Emerald Aesthetics is a private wax suite located in Annapolis, MD. Opening its doors March 2023. We are dedicated to providing personalized and comfortable waxing experience for its clientele. Our offerings include body wax, Brazilian wax, male Brazilian wax, lash extensions, lash lifts, brow lamination, and more. Catering to a diverse community, Emerald Aesthetics is a veteran-owned, women-owned & Latina-owned. We value inclusivity and welcomes everyone. At Emerald Aesthetics, we are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for all our clients. To ensure the well-being and satisfaction of our clients and staff, we have implemented the following policy: Inappropriate Behavior We have a zero-tolerance policy for ANY form of inappropriate behavior during a service. This includes but is NOT limited to: • Harassment, verbal abuse, or offensive language towards our staff or other clients. • Discriminatory remarks or actions based on race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or any other protected characteristic. • Unwanted sexual advances, comments, or any behavior of a sexual nature. • Disruptive or disrespectful behavior that creates an uncomfortable or unsafe environment for others. Right to refuse service We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who engages in inappropriate behavior or violates our policies. Our decision to refuse service will be made at our sole discretion and is intended to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all. Such behavior may result in immediate termination of the service and denial of future services. Consequences Clients who engage in inappropriate behavior may face one or more of the following consequences: • Termination of the current service WITHOUT refund. • Refusal of future services. Reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities, if necessary. We kindly request all clients to treat our staff and fellow clients with respect, courtesy, and professionalism. By choosing our services, you agree to abide by this policy and contribute to a positive and inclusive experience for everyone involved. Referral Program: For every new client referred, you will receive a $10 credit on your next visit of min. $30 services (max of one credit may be used per visit). No exceptions. Veterans receive $5 off. First Responders, Students & Teachers receive $5 off. Cannot be combined with any other offer. Must present ID to first initial appointment. Must be 16+ to be serviced, if underage you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to validate ID. You are required to fill all consent forms and waivers prior to appointment. CANCELLATION POLICY
Booking, canceling, and rescheduling are done by you the client through the confirmation sent with our booking site, not through text or email. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule on the booking site this means you are attempting to make changes past the 72hr grace period. Enforcing the 50% cancellation fee. However, you will have time to transfer the amount for future service if rebooked or rescheduled within one week of cancellation. There are no refunds on deposits or cancellation fees. DO NOT hesitate to contact if you’re running late. Running late takes time out of your scheduled appointment. If you no call, no-show or your not in the suite on time. Your appointment will be automatically cancelled, enforcing the cancellation fee, which than the card on file will be charged the 50% cancellation fee balance. At owners discretion, multiple no call, no-shows or your cancellation fee is not paid in full, you will be banned from future online booking. Please arrive 5-10min prior to your appointment. Must be in the suite ready for your service.
