Hi, I’m Mirna — the face behind Emerald Aesthetics 💚 I’m here to provide a personalized, comfortable, and judgment-free experience for every client. I specialize in body waxing, Brazilian waxing (female & male), lash lifts, brow lamination, and more. My goal is to offer quality services, honest conversations, and a space where you can truly feel at ease. Emerald Aesthetics proudly serves a diverse community and is a veteran-owned, disabled veteran-owned, women-owned, and Latina-owned business. Inclusivity is at the heart of everything I do — everyone is welcome here. A little personal note (because transparency matters): I have ADHD, which means I may yap a bit, stim here and there, or seem momentarily forgetful — but I promise I’m not forgetting you or our conversation. My brain just runs a little fast, and I appreciate your patience and understanding. I’m also a proud mama to one amazing little boy 💙 Kids are always welcome. I have snacks available (mostly because otherwise my son will eat them all 😅) and a TV to keep them entertained while you relax and get pampered. Cancellation Policy

Please read carefully, as the following information contains important details regarding tardiness and cancellations. ⏰ Late Arrival Policy If you are running late, you must text us immediately at (443) 522-0061. Late arrivals reduce the time reserved for your service. If you arrive late, fail to communicate, or are not present in the suite at your scheduled time, your appointment will be canceled and the full cancellation fee will apply. 📅 Booking, Canceling & Rescheduling All booking, canceling, and rescheduling must be completed by the client through the confirmation link provided by our booking system. If you are unable to cancel or reschedule through the booking site, it means you are attempting to make changes outside of the 24-hour grace period. In this case, the 50% cancellation fee will automatically apply. All deposits and cancellation fees are non-refundable. 🚫 No-Show Policy Clients who fail to show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the original service price. If you do not arrive or communicate, your appointment will be automatically canceled and the card on file will be charged the cancellation fee in full. Repeated no-call/no-shows or failure to pay outstanding cancellation fees may result in a ban from future online bookings, at the owner’s discretion. 🕒 Arrival Expectations Please plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to allow time to park, use the restroom, and locate the suite. You must be in the suite and ready to begin at your scheduled appointment time. We maintain a strict tardiness policy to respect the time of all clients. Your cooperation helps us provide an efficient and professional experience for everyone.
