If you are running late, you must text (443) 522-0061 or email emeraldaaesthetics@gmail.com immediately. Payment Policy: A 3.5% processing fee will be applied to all card payments. Cash and Zelle are accepted to avoid the fee. Please avoid adding text, add 🕯️ emoji. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this policy. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 8 hour before your scheduled time. Failure to cancel within this timeframe or a no-call/no-show will result in a 100% charge. All fees are non-refundable. There is no grace period. Means you must arrive at your scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in appointment cancellation and applicable fees. All booking changes must be made through your confirmation link. If you are unable to make changes, you are outside the allowed timeframe and fees will apply.
